Today in society most people who enjoy the delicious flavor of peanut butter don’t understand the sugars and unnatural substances that are in it. Even though it says its “natural” two tablespoons of Jif Extra crunchy peanut butter has 16g of Total fat, 105 mg of sodium, 8g Total Carbohydrate, 3g of Sugar, and a total of 7g of Protein. On the other hand Harrock’s Natural ground peanut butter has 8g of Total fat, 4g Total Carbohydrate, 0g of Sugar, and a total of 3g of Protein. I went around asking people if they have ever tried the natural grounded peanut butter and one of the people I asked was my father. He said, “I love it! I’m a health freak, so eating something I absolutely love and finding out it’s better for you than what you were previously eating is always a great thing for you and your body.” Eat better feel better am I right, or am I wrong? The second person I asked was my good Collin. He said “I don’t think i can go back to normal peanut butter due to all of the unnatural ingredients in it, and I didn’t realize that until I tried the natural ground peanut butter. Absolutely delicious.” For anyone who has not tried the Natural ground peanut butter by Horrock’s I highly recommend it due to the fact it’s way better for you and will change the way you view peanut butter the next time you’re putting it in your meal! Eat good feel good.
