Humans of GHS – Aaron Grifhorst (Teacher)

“I have four kids and I love to watch them compete in their clubs and the sports that they’re involved in at school. I went to Grandville in High School and I graduated in 1998 and have been teaching here as an Economics teacher for about 12 years and coaching for about 16 years. I love Grandville because of all the support that us teachers and coaches get from the community. For all those in high school right now, I would say to get involved in as many clubs, teams and spirit days as possible. It will make your four years in high school so much more interesting, memorable and enjoyable. One other thing I’d say to everyone is to be fast to listen, but slow to talk. Always think very carefully before speaking or doing something that could potentially hurt others.”
